I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, located right by the Cleveland Clinic with easy access to various institutions in University Circle. The rooms were impeccable and had a wheelchair shower, providing great comfort. The service was top-notch, with friendly and accommodating staff. The dining experience was superb, especially with the tasty salads offered. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was the cleanest I have ever stayed in, equipped with good chairs, easy connectivity, large screens, and thoughtful extras like a shower hat and q-tips. The service was extremely polite and pleasant, especially during these challenging times, with excellent support for families with loved ones in the clinic. The location was perfect, directly connected to the Cleveland Clinic and convenient for accessing various facilities. The dining experience was excellent with fresh and seasonal products.
